To make sure we respect everyone’s time — including other guests and our team — please take a moment to review our updated policy: 💌 No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged, and future bookings may not be accepted. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment. • Arriving up to 15 minutes late will result in a $30 late fee added to your service. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged in full to keep our schedule running smoothly. 💳 Cancellations Within 48 Hours Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. 🔄 Rescheduling You’re welcome to reschedule more than 48 hours in advance at no charge — we truly appreciate the notice! 💫 Same-Day Changes (Within 6 Hours) If something unexpected comes up and you need to reschedule within 6 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged for the service, but that amount will be credited toward a future visit.
